When you know something without speaking, it could be because your creative (right) brain hemisphere is more dominant than the analytic (left) one. There is the experience of Jill Bolte Taylor http://www.ted.com/talks/jill_bolte_taylor_s_powerful_stroke_of_insight.html that describes that fading of meaning when the left brain is not in charge with detail in her book My Stroke of Insight. 

Your experience is really amazing! Would you say that if the meaning fades, then there is nothing or could you be left with a non-meaningful but emotional experience? Would you say there is a difference between emotion and meaning?</description>

		<description>I may be the only one who can do this, but i  do, and attempt to think in simply meaning, like sometimes you can see something and just know without speaking, the problem is that the meaning in question fades if not attributed to a word or spoken about (even if only inside my head)but nonetheless i shall keep working on it</description>
